Deepan Dutta was born and raised in the bustling metropolis of New York City, born to immigrants from Bangladesh, a South Asian nation where he spent seven years of his childhood.

Graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado, Deepan has been admitted to practice law in Colorado since 2011 and in Florida since 2022.

He has specialized in criminal justice, civil litigation and estate planning. He is devoted to protecting his clients, treating them as his own family, as well as safeguarding their assets and legacy.

He is also a journalist, having received a master's degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015, and was a news reporter for the Summit Daily News in Frisco, Colorado from 2017 to 2020. Deepan won several first-place awards from the Associated Press and Colorado Associated Press Editors and Reporters (CAPER) for deadline and feature reporting.

After 14 years living in the great state of Colorado, Deepan moved to Florida in 2022 and currently resides in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
